Beazley promotes Jenny Han to Focus Group Leader, Environmental Liability

Specialty insurer Beazley has announced the appointment of Jenny Han as Focus Group Leader, Environmental Liability, effective immediately.

Han will be based in San Francisco and report to Jerry Sullivan, Head of Professional, Environmental and Mergers & Acquisitions, who commented: “I’ve had the pleasure of working with Jenny over the years, and her deep understanding of the challenges our brokers and clients face makes her exceptionally well placed to drive our strategy forward.

Han brings to her new role 22 years of experience in the environmental insurance space, having joined Beazley in 2014. Throughout her career at the company, she has been a pivotal player in the business’s global Environmental Liability team, amassing extensive underwriting expertise and leadership capabilities, Beazley noted.

Prior to this, Han gained experience with both international and US domestic insurers, holding senior positions, including Vice President of an Environmental Division. Before starting her insurance career, she spent a decade advising private sector clients as an environmental consultant.
