Insurance Advisory Partners (IAP), a boutique investment banking firm specialising in the insurance sector, has appointed Rinki Melwani as partner, effective 25th August, subject to regulatory approval.
Melwani brings over 15 years of experience in investment banking, equity research, and corporate banking.
She has advised on more than 50 transactions for leading clients, including insurance brokers, MGAs, Insurtechs, re/insurers, and asset managers, covering acquisitions, IPOs, and capital raises. She joins from Jefferies’ London office and has previously held positions at Credit Suisse, Citi, J.P. Morgan, and D.E. Shaw.
