RiverStone International, a global provider of legacy solutions, has announced the appointment of Charlotte Pritchard as UK CEO, effective 5 January, subject to regulatory approval.

Pritchard said: “I’m genuinely excited to step into the role of UK CEO and build on the fantastic work that Andy has done over the last two years. I look forward to working closely with the executive team and the UK Boards as we shape the next chapter together”
The executive brings over 16 years of experience in financial services to the role and has spent the past eight years with RiverStone International, having most recently served as group risk and compliance director.
During her tenure, she has successfully provided strategic leadership to cross-border teams operating across five territories, while overseeing all risk and compliance matters.

Since 2010, RiverStone International has completed 47 transactions, accumulating $17.7 billion in gross liabilities. The group’s strong performance in 2024 included a reported adjusted profit before tax of $300 million and a 19.1% return on opening adjusted tangible book value.
