
Chicago-domiciled insurer CNA Financial Corporation has announced several leadership changes to enhance its underwriting capabilities, including the appointment of David Haas as President of Global Specialty.

He is ideally suited for this role, CNA highlighted, due to his proven ability to lead high-performing teams and drive growth and profitability across complex portfolios.
Michael Nardiello has been appointed President Global Property & Casualty. In this expanded role, he will continue to lead Property and Marine globally in addition to now leading Casualty globally.
Nardiello has a strong track record of delivering profitable growth and strengthening underwriting performance. He brings underwriting discipline, technical expertise and a deep understanding of global products that meet broker and insured needs.
Song Kim has been appointed President Global Commercial Industry Segments, expanding his responsibilities to include Construction alongside Middle Market and Small Business.
Kim now oversees all global commercial industries, including Construction. His strategic leadership and proven ability to drive profitable growth in industry-specific segments will further strengthen specialization and improve market support.
