Dubai National Insurance & Reinsurance PSC (DNIR), a Public Shareholding company operating in the United Arab Emirates, has announced that A.R. Srinivasan has resigned from his role as Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
“The Company extends its sincere appreciation to Srinivasan for his valuable contributions during his tenure and wishes him all the best in his future career,” stated DNIR.
The Board of Directors has appointed Charbel Yazbeck, Head of Risk Management, as Acting CEO, subject to the approval of the Central Bank of the UAE.
Yazbeck has spent over 11 years at DNIR, serving as Head of Risk Management since July 2023. Before that, he was Head of Risk and Compliance – AML/CFT.
“Charbel possesses the required professional experience and managerial competencies to lead the Company during this transitional period,” said DNIR.
