Serenova Re, a Bermuda-based reinsurance company backed by Bain Capital and part of the Federal Life Group, has announced the appointment of Stelian Dragan as Chief Business Development Officer.
He brings more than two decades of leadership experience in global reinsurance and financial services.
Dragan joins Serenova Re from Oceanview Reinsurance, where he most recently served as President and Chief Executive Officer.
Before that, he spent nine years at Athene Life Re, where he led marketing and business development. Dragan was key in securing landmark mandates with multibillion dollar reinsurance premiums.
