Resilience, a provider of cyber risk solutions, has announced the appointment of Michelle Worrall as Global Director of Insurance Product.

She will play a key role in addressing emerging risks and advancing Resilience’s capabilities. She will also support the company’s approach to contract language, providing greater clarity to clients, removing confusing and costly contradictions, and leading to faster, clearer claims processing.
Worrall brings more than three decades of industry experience spanning cyber insurance, Tech E&O, media, and professional liability insurance, including claims, coverage, underwriting, and product development.
She joins Resilience from Coalition, where she served as Cyber Product Counsel. Prior to that, Worrall was Assistant Vice President, Cyber Product Specialist at Zurich North America.
Earlier in her career, she co-founded a media liability managing general underwriting agency, which she later sold to an insurer, serving as vice president and media liability product manager.
George Kotsiopoulos, president of insurance at Resilience, said, “With Michelle’s hiring, we continue to invest and expand our bench of industry leaders to help Resilience deliver better solutions to our clients.
“Over the past several years we have developed an integrated approach of insurance services and risk management software that drives better results for clients and partners. Michelle will help us build greater trust with clients through her central role on our team. Her experience and track record of success are invaluable to us as we continue to rapidly scale our offerings.”
