AXA XL names Sabrina Lahrmann Head of International Property

AXA XL, the property and casualty division of AXA Group, has announced the promotion of Sabrina Lahrmann to Head of International Property, UK & Lloyd’s.

Based in London, she took up her new position on 1 November 2025. In this leadership role, Lahrmann will oversee the creation and execution of AXA XL’s underwriting strategy for its International Property Retail business across the UK and the Lloyd’s market.

Lahrmann brings over 20 years of experience in the insurance sector, specialising in underwriting and risk management. She previously served as Underwriting Manager for AXA XL’s UK & Lloyd’s International Property team, a position she held since May 2024. She joined AXA XL in 2022 from AXA UK and began her career at Allianz.
