EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants (EPIC), a national insurance brokerage and consulting firm, has announced the acquisition of Price Insurance, an independent agency providing comprehensive solutions for individuals, families, and businesses in the Chicago area.

Price Insurance will join EPIC’s Private Client practice, bringing a multi-generational team with deep expertise in protecting high-net-worth families through tailored insurance solutions.
Through this acquisition, Price Insurance gains the scale, resources, and specialised capabilities of a leading national brokerage—enhancing its ability to deliver comprehensive, customised solutions across both traditional and emerging risks.
The acquisition also strengthens EPIC’s presence in Chicago and the broader Midwest, expanding carrier capacity while maintaining the personalised service clients expect.
It marks EPIC’s third strategic Chicago-area acquisition in the past year, following Phillips Bros. Insurance Agency and Chartwell Insurance. Together, these acquisitions create a powerful network that combines deep local presence with specialised expertise in high-net-worth insurance solutions, including private client and commercial property & casualty, fine art, collectibles, and more.
