
Adrian Fahy has been named Chief People Officer of Willis Re, where he will lead the firm’s global people function, overseeing talent strategy, culture and engagement, learning and development, total rewards, and inclusion and diversity.

Fahy brings extensive experience from his time at Willis Re parent WTW. There, he held senior global HR leadership roles across insurance, reinsurance, and consulting, most recently serving as Head of Colleague Experience.
“Adrian’s global experience and perspectives, combined with his knowledge of how talent and culture drive business outcomes, will be invaluable as we continue to scale,” Willis Re added.
Fahy commented on the news, “Having supported Willis Re in its early build, I’m proud to step into the role of Chief People Officer.
