AmTrust Financial Services, Inc., a global specialty property casualty insurer, has appointed Carl Canales as Executive Vice President (EVP), Head of Field Operations for North American P&C.
He brings more than two decades of industry experience spanning small commercial, middle market, and personal lines.
Canales joins AmTrust from Liberty Mutual Insurance, where he spent over 20 years, most recently as Senior Vice President, Liberty Mutual/Safeco Insurance. In that role, he managed personal and commercial lines distribution, driving profitable growth, agency management, and alignment across underwriting, product, and claims functions.
