Global re/insurer Vantage Group Holdings Ltd. has named experienced finance executive Steve Robb as its new Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO), reporting to Greg Hendrick, the company’s Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
As Group CFO, he will lead Vantage’s enterprise-level finance functions across the group, including financial reporting and control, financial planning and analysis, treasury, investments, and tax.
Most recently, Robb was the CFO at Somerset Reinsurance, having joined the company in this role in January 2020. Before this, he served as CFO of AXA XL, which followed more than 21 years in senior finance leadership roles across the enterprise. Robb’s career began with PwC in Bermuda in 1994.
“Steve brings incredible experience and a track record of building strong financial teams and operations. He knows how to optimize capital, allowing businesses to grow. His background in global reporting, treasury, and investments is exactly what we need as Vantage further scales and strengthens relationships with our brokers, clients, and investors,” commented Hendrick.
