Xianwei Lee, an executive with extensive experience in cross-border transactions and deep understanding of the Asian market, has joined Howden, the global insurance and reinsurance broking group, as Head of M&A, Asia.
In this capacity, he will collaborate with sponsors, corporates, and transaction advisors to deliver strategic, commercial solutions for complex deals across the entire deal journey.
The executive is joining Howden following a three-year tenure at Aon, where he most recently served as Head of Aon M&A and Transactions Solutions, Asia. He joined the company in 2022 as Head of Transaction Solutions, Asia.
Prior to Aon, Xianwei served as Senior Vice President, within Private Equity and M&A, Transaction Risk, at Marsh, a role he held for seven years.
