Global specialty insurer and reinsurer Brit Group Holdings Limited has hired Jane Bioletti from Lloyd’s as its new Head of Operations, reporting to Susan Andrew, Operations Director at the firm.
She joined Lloyd’s in 2013 in a graduate position, and in 2015 was appointed Compliance Coordinator, Delegated Authorities, later becoming Delegated Third Party Manager and then Manager of Delegated Authorities in 2020.
In 2021, Bioletti assumed the role of Senior Delegated Authorities and Digital Tools Manager, before taking on her most recent role at the company in May 2023.
In her new role, she will be a member of the Operations Leadership team, working to lead and implement the ongoing improvement of Brit’s underwriting services.
“Driving ever improving processes and data quality for our underwriting teams is an important enabler of Brit’s position as a market lead. Jane brings a broad range of expertise and experience, including delivering operational change and digital transformation, and with over a decade at Lloyd’s has a deep understanding of the market. We are pleased to welcome her as we continue to support Brit’s underwriting and distribution platforms through operational excellence,” said Andrew.
