Arrowhead Intermediaries has announced the appointment of Steven Beard as Chief Executive Officer, International, who will join the firm in February 2026 and be based in London.
His broking career also includes senior roles at Ardonagh Group, Corant Group and RFIB, complemented by extensive experience in broader sectors through positions at Xchanging, Agilisys, Globalwave and Redwave.
In his new role, Beard will report to Steve Boyd, Chief Executive Officer of Arrowhead Intermediaries.
He will draw on his extensive skillset to oversee the firm’s international operations, including global specialty MGA Nexus and specialty broker Bridge Specialty International.
