Ace Insurance Brokers, an Indian composite insurance broker, delivering comprehensive life and general insurance solutions to individuals, corporates, and institutions, has appointed Arvind Laddha as President.

In his new role, Laddha will report to Raj Ajmera and Anil Arora, the Founders and Promoters of Ace Insurance Brokers, who will continue as joint managing directors of the company.
He will work closely with the Ace leadership team to strengthen emerging business lines – including employee benefits and other specialised verticals.
Laddha has two decades of experience in health assurance, consulting, and insurance brokerage firms. He founded Vantage Insurance Brokers, which was acquired by JLT, and later became part of Marsh. Most recently, he served as the President of India at Mercer.
Additionally, the broker has appointed Puneet Kumar as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), who was most recently the CFO of Insurance Dekho, and Puneet Khurana as Head of Human Resources, who formerly served as Group Head, Human Resources at Policy Bazaar.
