HDI Global, an international insurer specialising in commercial and industrial clients, has introduced Cyquins, a new cyber insurance option designed for fast digital evaluation and tailored protection.
The company has also secured AWS Cyber Competency Partner status. Starting 1 January 2026, Cyquins will be accessible through the AWS platform, where HDI Global will be listed as a Cyber Insurance Partner for customers across EMEA. This gives AWS users a direct route to initiate an individual cyber risk scan.
Cyquins replaces lengthy assessments with a streamlined digital approach. It is intended for businesses using mainly cloud-based systems and begins with a quick, read-only scan powered by Cloud Security Provider Prowler. Compatible with major cloud platforms, the scan requires no installation and returns insights in about ten minutes. Results are presented in clear terms, offering clients practical guidance and giving brokers a smoother path forward.
Clients can use the findings independently or choose to submit the report when requesting an insurance offer. Until that point, all information stays within their own environment. Only a few additional questions are needed during the application, and an individual offer can be provided within 48 business hours, with coverage available up to EUR 10 million. The approach reduces administrative work for brokers while giving clients clarity, control, and a straightforward route to securing cover.
