Oliver Delvos named Head of Cyber and Tech E&O, Europe at Liberty Specialty Markets

Liberty Specialty Markets (LSM), a division of Liberty Mutual Insurance Group, has appointed Oliver Delvos as head of cyber and tech E&O for Europe, effective 1 December 2025.

Based in Germany, Delvos will report to Pierre-Edouard Fraigneau, president and chief underwriting officer for Europe at LSM, and collaborate with the global cyber office. He takes over from Jelmer Andela, who has been promoted to global commercial director for cyber at Liberty Mutual.

In this role, Delvos will oversee the implementation of the global cyber strategy across Europe, working closely with regional leadership and local teams to grow Liberty’s cyber portfolio in the region.

His appointment aligns with Liberty’s Invest in Europe 2030 initiative, highlighting the company’s commitment to expanding services and support for brokers and clients in Europe.

This leadership update comes in the wake of the launch of Liberty’s flagship cyber products, Liberty Cyber Resolution and Liberty Tech Resolution.

Delvos has over 15 years of experience in the international insurance industry. He previously worked as managing director at Corvus Insurance, overseeing the company’s European and global operations. He holds degrees in law and economics.
