Howden has appointed Alaric Lee as Chief Commercial Officer, Asia, effective 1 December 2025.
He began his career in 2010 as a Client Executive in Marsh London’s Power Construction practice before relocating to Hong Kong in 2013, where he spent six years as Vice President and Construction Practice Leader.
In 2019, he was promoted to Senior Vice President and Head of Sales for Marsh Hong Kong and Macau, and in 2023 became Managing Director and Sales Leader for Marsh McLennan in the region.
By 2024, Lee had taken on a broader remit as Managing Director and Corporate and Commercial Leader for Marsh Asia.
“We are excited to have him on board as we strengthen our commercial strategy and expand new opportunities across the region. His deep regional experience, commercial acumen, and proven leadership will be instrumental in accelerating our growth ambitions and delivering value to our clients across Asia,” Howden said.
