Aon’s Reinsurance Solutions, the reinsurance division of global broker Aon, has announced the appointment of Vincent Shih as Head of Treaty Reinsurance in Taiwan.
He most recently served as a Senior Executive Director at Aon’s Reinsurance Solutions, a role he held for the past two years.
Shih’s appointment follows a series of senior leadership changes in the region, including Simon Chisholm being named Chairman of Asia for Aon’s Reinsurance Solutions in October 2025.
Aon’s Reinsurance Solutions also recently appointed Mandy Phan as Head of Production, Treaty for Asia.
