TMK appoints Cesar Silvestre as Head of Cyber Reinsurance Solutions

Tokio Marine Kiln (TMK), a global specialty insurer, has announced the appointment of Cesar Silvestre as Head of Cyber Reinsurance Solutions.

The appointment follows TMK’s September launch of its enhanced flagship cyber offering, TMK Cyber Ctrl, which includes expanded products and revised wordings, such as the new Professional Ctrl policy for Technology, Media, and Errors & Omissions (E&O), alongside improvements to its existing Cyber Ctrl coverage.

In his new role, Silvestre will report to Laila Khudairi, Head of Cyber & Enterprise Risk at TMK, and will lead the launch of TMK’s new cyber reinsurance solutions.

He brings more than 12 years of specialised insurance experience, joining TMK after over seven years at Beazley, where he most recently served as Product Leader for Beazley Product Solutions, International.

Prior to that, he spent seven years at Hiscox, where he held several senior underwriting roles.
