Willis, a WTW business, has announced three senior appointments to its Direct and Facultative team in Great Britain.
Kerr joins Willis from Aon as Head of UK Property, bringing two decades of experience and a strong understanding of the market.
She will lead the UK property team, driving portfolio growth and innovation, while strengthening connections with cedants, reinsurers, and retail broking partners. Kerr will also oversee new business development and maintain the highest standards in placement, client service, and operational excellence.
Watson has been promoted internally to Head of North America and Retro, focusing on global property placements. Based in London, he will guide placement and retention strategies, drive new business initiatives, and collaborate closely with regional offices and reinsurers to deliver tailored solutions worldwide.
Kelly joins as Casualty Producer, bringing over 40 years of experience across major firms including JLT, Lockton, and Gallagher. Kelly will lead efforts to expand Willis’ UK casualty facultative portfolio, mentor emerging talent, and spearhead new business development across both direct and facultative channels, maintaining a strong focus on quality and client satisfaction.
