The Spark, the insurance industry’s first Global Prevention Lab, has announced that global insurer Allianz has joined as a member, with Sirma Boshnakova, Member of the Board of Management of Allianz SE, appointed to The Spark’s Global Advisory Board.
Allianz joins a consortium of leading re/insurance industry players – including Aon, Generali, Travelers, and QBE Ventures – working together to shift the industry from a reactive model to one centred on active prevention, risk reduction, and profitable growth.
Boshnakova said, “The Spark launches at precisely the moment our industry needs transformative collaboration most. By uniting global insurers, reinsurers, and technology partners around prevention, we’re creating the foundation for sustainable growth in an era of unprecedented challenges.”

The partnership gives Allianz direct access to The Spark’s global ecosystem, providing a practical framework for executing prevention-driven solutions across multiple lines of business.
