ICW Group Insurance Companies, a group of property and casualty insurers, has appointed Lynn Moretti as Chief Claims Officer, which sees her relocate from London to the company’s headquarters in San Diego, California.
Moretti has over 25 years of claims expertise, bringing extensive leadership experience in claims and operations, spanning global and national markets.
Most recently, she served as Chief Claims Officer for AmTrust Specialty, leading international claims operations across the UK and European Union, introducing a centralised operating model, and implementing new systems to enhance efficiency and service.
Before this, she held senior leadership roles at AmTrust Financial, Selective Insurance, and Liberty Mutual, managing complex liability and specialty claims. Moretti also brings deep expertise in litigation strategy, talent development, and change management, having served as an attorney.
