Gus Katsuras has joined risk and reinsurance advisory firm Guy Carpenter as a Managing Director, based in Toronto.
The executive is joining the company from Gallagher Re, where he most recently served as Executive Vice President.
Prior to that, he spent ten years at Willis Re, having joined the company in 2013 as Vice President, and becoming an Executive Vice President in 2023.
Before Willis Re, Katsuras was a Reinsurance Broker – Senior Account Representative for global broker, Aon.
Katsuras joins the company not long after it was announced that Guy Carpenter will adopt the name Marsh Re in 2027, this as part of Marsh MacLennan translation to rebrand as March, effective January 2026.
