Bermuda-domiciled insurer and reinsurer Everest Group has appointed Anthony Vidovich as Executive Vice President (EVP) and General Counsel, effective on or before January 5th, 2026.

In his new role, Vidovich will report to Jim Williamson, President and Chief Executive Officer of Everest, and join the firm’s Executive Leadership Team.
Vidovich is a legal and business veteran with nearly 30 years of experience across the global property and casualty re/insurance industry. Most recently, he was the Global Head of Insurance Legal at AIG, advising on legal matters for the company’s insurance, reinsurance, and risk-capital businesses.
Before this, he held executive leadership roles at XL Group/XL Catlin, and The Hartford, guiding multinational legal teams through complex integrations, enterprise transformations, and strategic change initiatives.
Vidovich’s industry and advisory board service includes the U.S. Chamber of Commerce’s Institute for Legal Reform and the RAND Corporation Institute for Civil Justice.
