The Fidelis Partnership (TFP), a privately-owned managing general underwriter (MGU), has announced the appointment of Andrew Sleeman as Head of Investor Relations.

These strategic partnerships continue to support TFP’s growth momentum, including last year’s significant $2 billion refinancing transaction led by Blackstone Credit & Insurance, and the acquisition of new capacity partners.
These partners are vital for supporting underwriting opportunities, particularly through TFP’s third-party capital at Lloyd’s.
Based in New York, Sleeman will be working closely with Conor O’Riordan, TFP’s Group Chief Financial Officer, who commented: “Deep capital partnerships will continue to be key enablers of TFP’s growth while also underpinning our successful risk allocator model. We are delighted to have Andrew onboard to play a central role in deepening these partnerships and identifying new ones.
“I am confident that his considerable financial services industry experience and relationships will prove invaluable across the entire business. I am looking forward to working closely together as we broaden our capital partners and dynamically match capital and risk for our clients.”
