Carrow Insurance, a specialist MGA, has introduced a new range of Accident & Health (A&H) products in the UK, tailored for corporate and affinity businesses.

Carrow’s A&H offering includes corporate Personal Accident & Business Travel cover, group Personal Accident programmes, and bespoke corporate illness benefits. These are backed by strong financial limits of up to £3 million / €3.5 million per individual, £25 million / €30 million per event, and £10 million / €10 million for medical expenses.
Paul Greenleaf, Senior Accident & Health Underwriter at Carrow Insurance, said, “Workplace illness and injury continue to represent one of the most material risks for UK employers. The Health & Safety Executive (HSE) estimates the annual cost of workplace injury and ill-health at more than £20 billion, with lost productivity and sickness absence placing an increasing burden on businesses.
“On average, UK firms lose 17 working days per case of illness and 9 working days per injury. Coupled with lengthening NHS waiting lists, these figures highlight the urgent need for employers to put effective protection in place.
“Our corporate Personal Accident & Business Travel solutions demonstrate a company’s commitment to employee protection by covering accidents whether they occur at work, at home, or while travelling on business.”
Carrow’s products are designed to strengthen business continuity and minimise disruption caused by accidental death, injury, or travel delays. They also support employers’ duty of care obligations by helping businesses fulfil their legal and ethical responsibility to safeguard staff wherever they operate.
Greenleaf added, “Unlike employers’ liability, A&H cover operates on a no-blame basis, meaning negligence does not need to be established before benefits are paid. This enables faster payments to employees or the business, reducing financial stress at a critical time.”
Group Personal Accident programmes also extend beyond financial protection, giving employees access to a comprehensive range of support services. These include counselling and resources on work-life balance, stress, debt management, childcare, disability and illness, bereavement, elder care, bullying and harassment, and mental health challenges such as anxiety and depression. By integrating these services, employers can offer holistic support that enhances wellbeing, resilience, and loyalty.
Carrow’s A&H products can be tailored to each organisation’s specific needs, offering bespoke cover that reflects sector, workforce profile, and risk exposure.
Ronan Conboy, CEO of Carrow said, “Our model is built to give brokers speed, clarity, and confidence. We want to help them with solutions that employers will value and trust. Healthy employees are the foundation of healthy businesses, and ensuring more UK companies can access A&H cover not only protects their people but also strengthens recruitment, retention, and operational resilience.”
Carrow Insurance is now seeking broker partnerships to deliver this protection to employers of all sizes across the UK and EU.
