Davies, a specialist professional services and technology firm serving the insurance market, has unveiled new agentic artificial intelligence (AI) features to its ClaimPilot product suite designed to transform the claims process.

The first agent was designed to streamline the initial stages of a claim. It automates claim opening and related tasks by interpreting documents and initiating the process on its own.
It is built on generative AI and large language model (LLM) technology, allowing it to self-learn and continuously improve its performance.
The second AI agent focuses on a more intricate part of the process: claim validation and injury valuation. By combining LLMs with more traditional data science techniques, this agent provides highly accurate injury valuations for casualty claims.
Similar to the first, it initiates itself and learns from both its own and human input.
Both agents are fully configurable, giving clients the flexibility to activate or deactivate them based on their specific needs and approach to AI adoption.
“Given the complexity of casualty claims, spanning investigation, documentation, and legal review, agentic AI presents a significant opportunity to achieve faster, more accurate, and more consistent outcomes throughout the claim lifecycle,” said Davies.
This launch is a cornerstone of Davies’ multi-million-pound investment in AI and generative AI automation, a key part of its “Vision 2030” strategy.
The new technology is being rolled out across its ClaimPilot product suite in both the US and the UK & Ireland.
Dan Saulter, Group CEO of Davies, said: “It’s great to see the hard work of our in-house engineering and operations teams paying off as we launch these two new LLM-powered AI agents into our ClaimPilot product suite, during the second half of 2025.
“We have a fantastic roadmap of agentic AI features for 2026 and 2027, and we are enjoying talking to our clients about how our investment in agentic AI can help them with their claims needs and improve outcomes for their businesses, and their policyholders.”
Davies new agentic AI deployment follows the firm’s recent announcement that Adam Warwick will join the business, as Group Chief Information Officer, in early October 2025.
