Balavant Insurance Group has announced two key leadership promotions: Tracy Bernard as Chief Program Officer of Balavant, and Krissy Kyjovsky to Executive Vice President of Tangram.
Bernard joined Tangram in 2018 and has since been instrumental in shaping program strategy, developing innovative product structures, and leading data-driven initiatives.
“Tracy’s expertise, judgment, and creativity have been instrumental in our success to date,” said Rekha Skantharaja, President & CEO of Balavant.
Adding:”As Chief Program Officer, her talent around product development and underwriting strategy will shape the next chapter of our evolution and ensure we remain at the forefront of innovation in the MGA space.”
At Tangram, Kyjovsky will oversee underwriting, operations, sales, and agency functions. She began her career with the company as an underwriting assistant, steadily increasing responsibility to become Senior Vice President of Underwriting.
“Krissy’s story is a powerful example of what’s possible when talent meets opportunity. Her leadership, intelligence, and grit have shaped Tangram’s trajectory, and this promotion signals an exciting new phase for our team,” Skantharaja added.
