Aon appoints Srivastava as Global Chief Broking Officer for Reinsurance

Aon, a global insurance and reinsurance broking group, has announced the appointment of Anshuman Srivastava as its new Reinsurance Global Chief Broking Officer, a London-based role.

In his new role, Srivastava will continue to collaborate with reinsurers to develop scalable and future-ready products. He will work to align the risk appetite of Aon’s key trading partners with the evolving needs of its re/insurance clients, aiming for optimal placement outcomes and access to differentiated capacity.

He will also leverage global insights and advanced data analytics to drive the creation of innovative capital solutions, designed to provide the necessary capacity to support clients’ profitable growth strategies and foster better business decisions.

Srivastava has held several senior leadership roles at Aon and has served on the Global ReSpecialty executive management committee.

The executive has also been instrumental in helping to drive the firm’s Reinsurance Growth Leadership and Broking Strategies initiatives.

As Global Chief Broking Officer, Srivastava will be reporting to George Attard, Global Head of Strategy for Reinsurance, who commented: “As we navigate an evolving reinsurance landscape, our clients are increasingly focused on sustainable reinsurer relationships, choosing strategic partners rather than simply capacity providers.
