AEGIS London, which has consistently been ranked in the top quartile of Lloyd’s syndicate for over a decade, has appointed Tom Squires as Head of Distribution and Digital Trading.
Since 2019, Squires has headed AEGIS London’s digital trading division, and will continue to build on the significant progress the syndicate has made in developing digital solutions and widening access to its underwriting expertise.
He will continue reporting directly to Matt Yeldham, Chief Underwriting Officer, AEGIS London.
Additionally, as part of the new structure, Calum Williams has been appointed Deputy Head of Digital Trading, having previously served as Digital Development Manager.

In June 2025, AEGIS London added Sarah Yuile as an underwriter in its International Casualty team, further strengthening its leadership.
