Chariot Re, a Bermuda-based Class E life and annuity reinsurance company, has appointed Andrew Preston as its Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective October 1st, 2025.
Preston brings over two decades of international experience in the re/insurance industry, having held senior executive and board-level roles in both the UK and Bermuda.
Most recently, he served as CFO of Aspida Life Re in Bermuda.
Prior to that, Preston was the Group Chief Accounting Officer of the Monument Re Group, and has served as the BMA Approved Group Principal Representative. His role spanned across strategic financing, regulatory reporting, capital management, investment oversight, and M&A execution.
Additionally, Preston has actively participated in Bermuda’s insurance industry forums and is a strong advocate of BILTIR.
