Synthetik, a developer of advanced computational modelling and AI-powered solutions for the re/insurance industry, has announced the appointment of Matt Harris as Global Head of Partnerships and Distribution.
Through his career, he has held numerous senior leadership positions, such as Group Head of International Operations at Argo Group.
The executive also spent eight years at AIG, where he held various roles, including Asia Pacific CEO, CEO and Head of Country Operations, South East Asia; and CEO Malaysia, among others. Prior to AIG he served as Chief Representative, India for IAG.
He has also operated as a consultant to leading businesses in the insurance markets focusing particularly on M&A and efficiency optimization and performance.
