Aon, a global insurance and reinsurance broking group, has announced the launch of Specialist Claims Solutions, a new offering created to help insurers drive profitability in an increasingly complex claims landscape.

Many are struggling with limited resources, challenges in integrating digital and AI technology, and complex processing issues, all of which contribute to financial leakage throughout the claims cycle.
Leonora Siccardi, executive sponsor of the initiative and global head of Strategy and Execution for Reinsurance at Aon, said: “Insurers are tackling persistent challenges in claims while adapting to evolving business needs. Specialist Claims Solutions is designed to help clients achieve measurable improvements in operational efficiency, reduced loss ratios, and enhanced customer experience through faster, smarter claims processes.”
Aon’s Specialist Claims Solutions aims to provide an end-to-end service to tackle these issues across the claims process, including leakage diagnostics, claims administration/run-off services, debt recovery and commutations and inwards claims handling support.
In addition, Aon has formed an exclusive collaboration with ARMStrong Insurance Services, a provider of innovative claims audit and recovery services to the property and casualty industry.
Through two of its operating companies — SubroIQ and Paragon Deductibles — ARMStrong delivers advanced, technology-driven services that identify and recover missed subrogation and deductible billing opportunities.
Through this partnership, Aon can enhance its specialised capabilities, helping clients prevent and reduce claims leakage in these crucial areas, as well as to expand services to third-party administrators and managing general agents.
Sherif Zakhary, CEO of Strategy and Technology Group and Inpoint at Aon, added: “Driving profitable growth requires more than just reacting to claims challenges – it demands a proactive approach. By combining expertise, technology and capital insight, we are helping clients to anticipate risk, reduce leakage and unlock new value across the claims lifecycle.”
Veronica Judice and David Griffiths will lead the newly formed team as global co-heads of specialty claims solutions. They will both report into Siccardi.
