Allianz Trade, a provider of trade credit insurance and a recognised expert in surety, collections, structured trade credit, and political risk, has announced the appointment of Hassan Omaish as Chief Executive Officer for Hong Kong, South Korea, and Taiwan (the Hong Kong Hub), effective 1 October 2025.
Omaish has been with Allianz Trade for 15 years, gaining extensive leadership experience across Europe, Asia, and the Middle East.
He currently serves as Global Head of Broker Management and Partnerships, where he has led international broker strategies, supported business growth, and strengthened partnerships with Allianz entities worldwide.
His past roles include Commercial Director for ASEAN countries and the Hong Kong Hub, Country Manager of Malaysia, as well as senior leadership positions in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region. These experiences have equipped him with deep international expertise and strong strategic acumen, which he now brings to his new leadership role.
Omaish holds a Master’s degree in International Business with a specialisation in Finance from the University of Wollongong.
