
Howden Re, the global reinsurance broking arm of Howden Group, has announced the addition of five new members within its French, Belgium, and Luxembourg teams.

Margaux Déchant has been named Director, Senior Wording Expert. She joins Howden Re from Swiss Re, where she served as Senior Reinsurance Contracts Counsel. Prior to that, Déchant held roles at Aon and AXA Global Re.
Arthur Pons has been appointed Director, Broking. He brings 15 years of industry experience, including eight years at Gallagher Re, where he most recently served as Reinsurance Broker (Executive Director). He also held positions at Milliman France and Generali.
Kevin Vu has been hired as Associate Director, Analytics Solution. He joins from Wakam, where he spent the past five years, working within parametric insurance. Earlier in his career, he held roles at BNP Paribas Real Estate, Aviva Investors, and AXA.
Ferdaws Louisia has been named Associate Director, Catastrophe Modeller. She joins Howden Re from Aon, where she was Senior Catastrophe Modeller. Before that, Louisia was a Senior Associate at PwC France, and also held roles at Liberty Specialty Markets and XL Catlin.
Dravina Fernando will serve as Associate, Broking Support at Howden Re. She joins the company from TEAMWILL, where she served as Executive Assistant Office Manager. Fernando also held roles at Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield and Jiliti.
